WE ARE LOOKING FOR A
TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Lead in e-commerce projects
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a comparable e-commerce platform
  • Solid understanding of SFCC development, including custom job configuration and full-stack development
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
  • Experience with release management, automation, and version control systems (GitHub, GitFlow)
  • Confident leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on mindset and a passion for building things that simply work
  • Experience in working with at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript,
    Java, .NET, PHP
  • Experience with the integration of payment, ERP, PIM, merchandise management systems or working with CMS / CRM systems
  • You are a team player

YOUR MISSION

  • Take over the technical lead in exciting e-commerce projects and ensure everything runs smoothly — from architecture to release.
  • Work closely with clients, our internal development team, and project management.
  • Lead project teams through planning, development, and maintenance of commerce solutions.
  • Ensure technical quality, make architecture decisions, and drive implementation.
  • Conduct code reviews, define coding standards, and monitor adherence to best practices.
  • Manage the full release cycle, including workflow automation, code release management, and testing support.
  • Stay on top of SFCC platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
